The focus is on highest quality ingredients prepared to traditional regional recipes with some contemporary techniques and twists in keeping with London’s reputation as a world-leading city for culinary innovation. I have selected a variety of classic dishes from across Italy, which guests can choose from and share together” Filippo Salzano.
